Retrospective Audit Program

CURRENT PROGRAM STATUS

Started: October 28, 2026
Order: Foreword β†’ Papers 1–7 β†’ remaining coverage checks in Papers 8–9
Current unit: Foreword opening and Sections I–XII through 0:12.14 β€” first-pass source comparisons documented for all UB-FWD-P001–P604; 113 open findings. Next: controlled editorial reconciliation and closeout review; no unaudited Foreword section remains.
Human certification: NOT GRANTED. No whole-paper audit has been independently certified by this program.
Research preservation: Frozen proposition IDs, classifications, tension dispositions and source files remain unchanged unless a later explicit reconciliation authorizes a correction.

Why Return to the Beginning?

Later work introduced stronger formal controlsβ€”including explicit lexical-scope and narrator-attribution checkpointsβ€”after much of the earlier material had already been registered.

We therefore do need to return to the original source in canonical order. We do not need to re-create the proposition registry wholesale. A retrospective audit compares the source against existing claims, records discrepancies, and authorizes specific changes only after review.

An automated repository-integrity test can detect duplicate identifiers and outdated indexing. It cannot decide whether a normalized proposition accurately preserves the original text.

Review Protocol β€” One Bounded Unit at a Time

For each canonical paragraph or manageable group, record:

  1. Canonical source: exact source paragraph(s) and edition or source URL; keep paratext separate.
  2. Registry coverage: every associated permanent ID and any omitted or redundant assertions.
  3. Atomicity: whether the registered claim contains more than one independently testable proposition.
  4. Lexical scope: preserve quantifiers, exceptions, adjectives, qualifiers and degree of certainty.
  5. Attribution and modality: identify who asserts the claim and whether it describes knowledge, belief, possibility, necessity or revelation.
  6. Context and jurisdiction: record identity of subject, referent, time, universe level and descriptive standpoint.
  7. Formalization: assess whether the stated logical symbols accurately capture the source's scope.
  8. Cross-paper comparison: identify dependencies and candidate tensions; do not force reconciliations.
  9. Disposition: mark each finding as clear, open, requiring correction, or pending human interpretation; do not mistake missing evidence for a demonstrated contradiction.
  10. Traceability: link the audit note and update the Analytical Audit Register at meaningful milestones.

Methodological boundaries: A completed AI-assisted comparison does not amount to an independent human verification or evidence that the book's supernatural claims hold true. Formal audit certification requires recorded reviewer, scope, checks, findings and an explicit disposition.

Protected records: Do not silently edit completed Foreword/Papers 1–9 analyses. Log candidate corrections in this audit series; follow the established reconciliation and archival-snapshot procedure before changing a frozen proposition.

Human-Review Triggers

Escalate a case to the editor when the choice affects (a) what a passage claims, (b) whether an unresolved tension counts as reconciled or contradictory, (c) whether an evidentiary or epistemic classification changes, or (d) whether a frozen proposition or archival snapshot must change.

Routine source citations, mechanical link checks and unambiguous bookkeeping may proceed without a new personal sign-off. An AI-created audit note must never misrepresent that work as personal human inspection.

Foreword Editorial Reconciliation β€” Triage Underway

The Foreword editorial worklist contains source-mapped AI proposals concerning the Universal-Absolute deduction, cross-section modal tensions, attribution/paratext and analyst-added claims. The exhaustive review priority index assigns all 113 OPEN findings: 33 P1 decision-bearing, 41 P2 source-fidelity and 39 P3 primarily formal-representation. These labels are routing only. One human editorial interpretation was approved on October 28, 2026: RA-FWD-096 is read as an enthymematic, formally underdetermined claimed deduction, preserving the authorial assertion without establishing validity or soundness. Zero formal finding closures have been authorized. The 113 findings remain open and the frozen propositions and historical tension dispositions remain unchanged.

Open Reconciliation Queue

  • Foreword RA-FWD-001–113: Four opening findings; fourteen Section I, seven Section II, eleven Section III, ten Section IV, eight Section V, nine Section VI, seven Section VII, seven Section VIII, six Section IX, six Section X, twelve Section XI and twelve Section XII source-coverage/scope/formalization findings documented in the Foreword audit. All remain open; no alterations to frozen claims authorized.
  • AQ-001: Classification vocabulary, including the Foreword's explicit early use of DEF, requires controlled standardization rather than silent relabelling.
  • AQ-002: Missing tracked legacy logic-build.mjs dependency remains open.
  • Paper 9: Determine whether Sections 5–7 contain equivalent but differently named analytical work before claiming missing reasoning.

Next Bounded Unit

Foreword first-pass closeout and controlled editorial reconciliation. Every canonical unit through 0:12.14 has a documented source-to-register comparison: 604 permanent IDs, 113 open findings (109 section findings and four opening findings). Review source-fidelity severity, cross-paper implications, inherited tensions and disputed attribution/paratext boundaries; retain the original frozen propositions until explicit human authorization. Independent human certification has not been granted, and full-Foreword closure has not been asserted.
